We use a mix of commercial and open-source technologies, integrate them into a unified architecture, and tailor each component to the needs of a specific product or business workflow.
We work with both commercial and self-hosted LLMs, including OpenAI GPT-5, Google Gemini, Llama 3, Mistral, Mixtral, and Qwen for on-prem deployments. This gives us flexibility to balance model quality, speed, data security, and cost. We tailor LLMs to specific business cases and build custom tooling around them.
Our infrastructure supports WhisperAI, Google Speech-to-Text, Resemble AI, ElevenLabs, and other advanced STT systems for accurate speech recognition — even in noisy environments. Combined with our VAD pipeline, these technologies power true voice-first interfaces that understand natural, spontaneous speech, including children’s voices.
We leverage multimodal AI capable of processing text, voice, images, and video, as well as triggering actions through APIs. These models enable intelligent agents that can not only answer questions but interpret meaning, provide recommendations, execute commands in CRM or ERP systems, and maintain natural, context-aware conversations.
We build asynchronous conversational engines designed for low-latency interactions — typically between 300 and 1200 ms. Our systems support continuous dialogue, contextual reasoning, tool usage, API calls, and overlapping speech, which is essential for responsive and human-like voice assistants.
We work with advanced speech synthesis engines — including OpenAI TTS, Google TTS, ElevenLabs, and Resemble AI — to create natural, expressive, and emotionally rich voices, including cloned voices based on real speakers. Our low-latency audio pipelines ensure smooth, realistic, real-time interactions with AI assistants.
We support AI operations in regions where external services such as GPT, Whisper, and certain TTS/STT providers are restricted. To maintain uninterrupted performance, we configure secure proxy gateways and international relay nodes that allow models to operate reliably. We design full deployment architectures, select local cloud providers (such as Timeweb and Yandex Cloud), calculate capacity and cost, and set up servers, proxies, routing, and monitoring.
We build hybrid AI pipelines that automatically route requests to the most cost-efficient models and switch to newer, cheaper alternatives without changing your product logic. Our built-in billing system lets companies define budget limits and usage rules at a granular level. This keeps AI operations predictable and significantly reduces the cost of running AI agents even under heavy load.
